Part 1
Scene starts at Viren's room:
Viren is telling abha that karan kiled his wife. He says that you have atleast a small hope that you will save your karan, but I did not even get any chance. Nilu was my life. Abha tells me that I did not that your car was hit by our car. Karan only tried to save those little kids vans. Even karan lost his father and Brothers, but Viren says "SO". Viren so if you were in my place then what would you have done?. Abha tells that if she was doctor then she will do her duty. Viren says okay tom I will do the operation but after that I will kill him. Abha says that please don't do that. She recalls Nilu giving her Durga chalisa book and she shows to viren saying that even nilu wanted me to be saved.Nilu died to save my karan and abha's relation.Viren closes his eyes. Abha asks Viren that will let Nilu's death go to waste.
Part 2
Abha is begging him to do the operation. She says that I know that you loved nilanjana a lot so for that love you will do the operation. Abha leaves.
Scene shifts to hospital :
Thakur is shown lying. Abha sits next to him. Abha tells that she is angry at him. She is saying after god, next is parents to give you strength. Today your abha has a test.Abha asks for blessings that she can save her karan's life. She says that she can't be with you all the times, but she is leaving mom's photo. I know if she is there then you are safe. CP speaks and abha turns and CP says that go abha there everyone needs her. I will handle here. Abha is relieved and happy.
Scene shifts to SB:
Priyanka is trying to stop Nishant from crying. Priyanka is remembering that Veer is the one who can keep nishant quiet and priyanka can't handle nishant without veer for even one day. Sheetal Mami comes and sits and says that what will be the future of this fatherless son? SHeetal mami says that I wonder what if jagmohan prasad has made will or not? Sheetal mami says that don't take my words in wrong direction because I care for you. There is no heir left. So after karan, all this belongs to Nishant. Who knows after karan, who will be next in line. That is when arunaji comes and says to sheetal mami what is she saying? Arunaj isays that karan is fighting between life and death. Sheetal mami says that I did not wish ill of karan. I am ready to pray for him 100 times. Sheetal mami leaves.
Part 3
Scene shifts to Hospital :
Viren is checking x-rays of karan and while other doctor is informing him on karan's condition. Hospital staff is taking Karan to Emergency room and while abha is crying and talking to karan. Viren is shown sitting in his office. Abha enters his office and thanks him for agreeing karan's operation. Viren tells that he is not here to do karan's operation. Abha tells him that please do his operation and I will be in your debt all my life. Viren says that he is ready to do the operation on one condition. Abha says that she is ready for any condition as long as you do the operation of my karan. Viren says " Are you sure". Abha says "yes". Viren asks to return his nilanjana. Abha asks how can she do this. Viren tells that karan took nilu's life and he is responsible for it. Abha tells him if karan is at fault then god will do the justice. You have no right. VIren says I do not have time like god. tell me. Abha says how can she be nilu. Viren tells her to marry him and be mother for his kids. Abha is shocked. Abha tells viren that are you conscious that you putting such forht a condition. Viren says that he knew that she won't be able to do it. Abha says how can he think like that I am wife of karan. Viren says that he can't operate on karan then. Abha says that he is a doctor and people believe in him. Viren says that he agrees but he is human too. Viren says that she has two options : 1) I do not do his operation and he dies in pain . 2) I do his operation and he dies seeing his wife being someone else's wife.
Abha says that she does not agree to this condition. She will save karan. Viren says that make your decision quickly as she has less time. Abha goes to reception desk and asks who is the best neusurgeon other than Dr. Roy. When some other doctor comes and says the other best is out of the country but we have Dr. Roy so why go for some other doctor. That is when nurse comes and tells that karan's pulse is sinking. Abha runs with doctor and nurse. Abha is thinking of karan's 8th vow and recalls what karan said.
